These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Elite Avenue Chauffeurs website and chauffeur booking services across the United Arab Emirates. By using our services, you agree to the applicable booking conditions.

Submitting a booking request does not automatically confirm a reservation. A booking is confirmed only when Elite Avenue Chauffeurs accepts the request and communicates the agreed service details and fare.

• Transfers: Airport, hotel, city, point-to-point and intercity transfers.
• Hourly Chauffeur: Private vehicle hire with a professional chauffeur for an agreed number of hours.

• Private Travel: Chauffeur transportation for personal and family journeys.

Eligibility to Use Our Services

• Have the legal capacity to make a booking.

• Provide the correct pickup location, date and time.
• Provide accurate flight details for airport pickups.
• Inform us about luggage and special requirements.
• Follow all applicable UAE laws and safety rules.

Description of Services

Transfers

Transfers are point-to-point chauffeur journeys between the agreed pickup and drop-off locations. These may include airport transfers, hotel transfers, city transportation and intercity journeys.

• Standard Pickups: 15 minutes of complimentary waiting from the agreed pickup time.
• Airport Pickups: 60 minutes of complimentary waiting after the flight's actual landing time.
• Additional waiting charges may apply after the free waiting period if disclosed in the confirmed booking conditions.
• Extra stops or changes to the agreed route may involve additional charges.
• Passengers must inform our team about changes to their flight or pickup arrangements.

Hourly Chauffeur

Hourly chauffeur service provides a private vehicle with a professional driver for the duration agreed in the confirmed booking.

• Booking duration and availability depend on the vehicle and selected package.
• Additional hours may incur additional charges.
• Travel outside the agreed service area may require an additional quotation.
• Long waiting times, additional stops or extended usage may affect the final fare.
• The included distance, duration and overtime rates will be communicated in the quotation.

Booking Options

Scheduled Bookings

• Customers can request chauffeur transportation for a future date and time.
• Booking requests are subject to chauffeur and vehicle availability.
• The final booking details and fare must be confirmed by our team.

Urgent or Short-Notice Bookings

• Urgent ride requests can be made through our WhatsApp contact service.
• Estimated pickup times depend on location and available chauffeurs.
• Submitting an urgent request does not guarantee immediate vehicle dispatch.

Pricing & Payments

• Displayed website prices may be indicative and are subject to final confirmation.
• The customer will receive a confirmed quotation before booking acceptance.
• The quotation should identify whether VAT, tolls, parking and airport charges are included.
• Additional charges may apply for overtime, route changes or additional waiting where disclosed and agreed.
• Accepted payment arrangements may include cash or a card payment link, according to the booking confirmation.
• Invoices and payment receipts will reflect the actual booking charges and verified payments.

Cancellations & Refunds

Customer Cancellations

• 12 Hours or More Before Pickup: Customers may cancel without a cancellation fee and receive a full refund of any amount paid for that booking.
• Less Than 12 Hours Before Pickup: Cancellation charges may apply only if disclosed in advance in the confirmed booking conditions, subject to applicable law.
• No-Show: No-show charges may apply if communicated before booking confirmation.

Cancellations by Elite Avenue Chauffeurs

If Elite Avenue Chauffeurs cannot fulfil an accepted booking, our team will contact the customer to discuss an alternative arrangement or the appropriate refund for services not provided, subject to applicable law.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed through the relevant payment method where possible.
• Processing times depend on the payment provider and will be communicated to the customer.
• Applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

User Responsibilities

• Arrive on time at the confirmed pickup point.
• Provide accurate journey information.
• Respect the chauffeur and vehicle.
• Wear seat belts during the journey.
• Do not smoke inside the vehicle.
• Do not use prohibited substances.
• Do not damage the vehicle or its equipment.
• Inform our team in advance about child-seat and accessibility requirements.

Vehicle Availability

Customers may request a preferred vehicle or category. Vehicle availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.

If a requested vehicle becomes unavailable, an alternative may be offered for customer approval before the booking proceeds.

Service Delays and Liability

Traffic congestion, road closures, weather conditions, flight changes and other events may affect journey times. Customers should allow sufficient travel time for important appointments.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

Privacy and Customer Information

Customer details are used to process booking requests, arrange chauffeur services and communicate about journeys.

Changes to These Terms

Elite Avenue Chauffeurs may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes affecting confirmed bookings will be handled according to applicable law and the agreed booking conditions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Disputes will be handled by the competent authorities or courts.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
